Dr. Peace Peters is a doctoral-level board-certified family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse practitioner (PMHNP). Peace specializes across lifespans, treating all ages from children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric mental health and wellness. Dr. Peters serves Maryland and Virginia. She has over 20 years of healthcare experience working in different healthcare settings in inpatient and outpatient in the DMV area.
Her experience includes working in general medicine and surgery, bariatric surgery, telemetry, orthopedics, pediatric medicine, Critical Care Unit, and long-term care. Additionally, over the past 13 years, Peace has been working specifically within her specialty concentration in Psychiatric Mental Health and subspecialty in Substance Addiction treatment.
She treats a wide range of Behavioral mental health and psychiatric conditions, including but not limited to; Mood Disorders, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Adjustment disorders, Bipolar disorders, schizophrenia, OCD, and ADHD. She serves the DMV area, and brings a nuanced perspective that considers both physical and psychological well-being, enhancing treatment outcomes and overall patient satisfaction. Her approach is rooted in compassion and attentiveness, qualities honed through years of working with diverse populations. Heather Figi, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Heather Figi, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered mental health care. She specializes in diagnosing and managing mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and psychotic disorders across the lifespan.
Heather earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Frontier Nursing University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Oregon Health & Science University. She brings a diverse background in inpatient psychiatry, crisis intervention, and outpatient medication management, with a strong commitment to trauma-informed, whole-person care. She takes a collaborative and individualized approach, working closely with patients to develop care plans that align with their unique needs and goals.
A lifelong learner, Heather stays engaged with the latest advancements in psychiatric care to provide evidence-based, high-quality treatment. She is an active member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA), the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), and the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners (VCNP).
Teri Bilhartz
Teri Bilhartz, DO, MPH
Dr. Bilhartz is a board-certified specialist in Preventive Medicine and Public Health, holding a Master of Public Health degree from Columbia University. With over 17 years of clinical experience, she has dedicated her career to primary care, psychiatric care, and women’s health. Dr. Bilhartz is licensed to practice in Virginia, California, New York, and Florida.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Bilhartz enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three children. She is an avid jogger, hiker, and soccer coach, always finding ways to stay active and engaged with her community.
Olubola Adesuyi

Olubola Adesuyi (Ola) is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who specializes in the diagnosis and management of various mental health disorders. She earned her Master’s in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Wilkes University. Her goal is to provide effective, compassionate, evidence-based mental health treatment to individuals with mental health issues, substance use disorder, and comorbidities across the lifespan. Her nursing philosophy of care is caring, holistic, and culturally sensitive; she believes in respecting human dignity and supporting individuals to be their best selves.

Bridget Ngozi Olulana
Bridget Ngozi Olulana, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Bridget Ngozi Olulana is a licensed and a board certified registered psychiatric nurse practitioner. Bridget is passionate about providing quality care to clients, that is guided by respect, compassion, and self-acceptance.
Her goal is to provide individualized mental health treatment plan in a collaborative, supportive, and non-judgmental manner; utilizing evidence-based approaches that promote resilience and well-being.
Bridget is particularly enthusiastic about helping individuals navigate complex mental health challenges such as PTSD/Trauma, grief, sleep disorder/insomnia, postpartum depression/anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, anxiety, and depression amongst others. She is experienced in providing a combination of medication management and individual therapy to support her clients. She understands the intricacies of midlife transitions and the specific mental health needs that can arise during these times, and she is dedicated to helping her clients find balance and stability.
She earned her Associate of Arts (Nursing) at Howard Community College, BSN at Stevenson University, and MSN at Frostburg State University, Maryland. She is licensed in Maryland (MD) and Virginia (VA). Bridget has several years of experience working in the psychiatry and behavioral health unit of Johns Hopkins Medicine and University of Maryland.
